If you plan on using your bad credit credit card this cyber Monday to get the specials available you might end up taking many months to pay off. The interest rate on your credit card if you have bad credit is likely to be very high. If your interest rate is 20% or above and you spend several thousand dollars on cyber Monday this year and you are likely going to find it to be very difficult to pay the loan back in just a few months.
There many bad credit credit cards out there that offer lower interest rates during the introductory period but please understand that this introductory period does not last forever. If you rack up a large amount of money on this credit card and you cannot pay it off when the introductory rate expires and you are going to find the interest build up very quickly as far as money on this card.
Credit card companies know that you are very likely to do this this is why they offer a low introductory period. They realize that you’re likely to rack up several thousands of dollars on your credit card and you will not be able to pay off with introductory period is over. When this is the case they can charge you very high amounts of interest which helps them to increase their profits.
It would be a very wise decision to sit down and analyze how much money you can spend on your credit card. If you have no idea that it would be a smart decision to get some pencil and paper and calculate the amount of money you are likely to pay back before the introductory period is over. It will be a good idea to estimate low for this task.
Do not be a borrower who gets himself so far in debt just because of the Christmas holiday that the rest of their year is ruined. Christmas is very important to many people but please understand that spending all your money on this one holiday can make it very difficult for your personal finances in the year 2010.
