Bank of America Refinance Mortgage Rates – Home Loans Moderate on March 15

Bank of America refinance mortgage rates have been between 4.7% and 5% for all of January and February of 2010. March 2010 has not been any different as we are currently seeing a 30 year fixed mortgage rate around 4.75%. Home loans seem to be very moderate on March 15th but that could change when we start to see data released.


Many homeowners have had the ability to refinance to a very low mortgage interest rate over the last 15 months. A large amount of these homeowners have had the ability to save hundreds of dollars on their monthly mortgage payment by saving over one full percentage point on their home loan rate.

Bank of America and almost every mortgage lender in America has been hard at work marketing their home loans division. At the present time it is a win-win situation for homeowners and banks. Homeowners can benefit by refinancing to a low rate and saving on their monthly mortgage payments.

Banks can benefit by gaining new customers each and every day and then offering these customers different options when it comes to their money. Many of these mortgage lenders also offer other types of loans including car loans and personal loans.
