Refinance Home Loan Rates – December Mortgage Rates Continue Lower

Refinance home loan rates continue much lower into December. At the end of November we saw all-time lows for mortgage interest rates as the 30 year fixed rate dropped all the way down to 4.49%. It will be very interesting to see what the weekly data shows for the last week of November. Do not be surprised to hear many news sources report all-time lows for mortgage rates.
With refinance home loan rates very close to all-time lows there’s a very good chance that we could see a refinance boom going into 2010. The beginning of the year is always the most busy time for refinancing but with mortgage rates at all-time lows and tax incentives for minimum buyers there is of very good chance that we could see a huge increase in interest in refinancing.
If you have been thinking about refinancing your current home loan and my be a very good idea to go ahead and get your application submitted. You do not want to be on the bottom of the stack of applications in 2010 and hope that your application gets reviewed as quickly as possible. There are likely to be several hundred applications submitted every day as homeowners will do everything they can to lock into interest rate below 4.75%.
No one knows just how low mortgage interest rates will go but getting an opportunity to refinance under 4.75% is the opportunity of a lifetime. Do not let this opportunity pass you by by being greedy and trying to hit the very bottom on mortgage interest rates. There is no reason she should not do your research and apply for a mortgage in the month of December.
There are many mortgage lenders out there who are currently advertising mortgage rates well below 4.75%. It would behoove you to contact some of these lenders and see what op shins are available for you. You will not get an exact interest rate quote without submitting an application but you might get a better idea of what rate you will qualify for.
