Mortgage Interest Rates November 27 – All Time Lows Today

Posted on | November 27, 2009 | No Comments

Mortgage interest rates for November 27th, 2009 are lower today.  We are currently seeing an all time low as the 30 year fixed mortgage rate is down to 4.52% while the 15 year fixed mortgage rate is down to 4.13%.  The 5/1 ARM is also down to 3.56%. The weekly all time low is 4.61% that was set back in March and that looks to be broken this week.

The data that is compiled for this week may not depict all time lows for a weekly average because of the holiday.  Do not confuse this with the fact that mortgage interest rates are currently at all time lows as the 30 year fixed mortgage rate is at 4.51%. With rates this low there is a very good chance that we are going to see a huge refinance push in the next few months.

If you have been thinking about refinancing now might be one of the best times in the history of the housing market.  With mortgage lenders being urged to lend money and mortgage interest rates at all time lows now is the time to get out there and lock into a rate that would have been unheard of a few years ago.
