Bank of America Refinance Mortgage Rates – All Times Lows Currently

Posted on | November 26, 2009 | No Comments

Bank of America refinance mortgage rates are currently at an all-time low. The weekly all-time low that was set back in March of 2009 was 4.61%. We’re currently seeing the 30 year fixed mortgage rate it 4.59%. Over the last few days we have seen the 30 year fixed get as low as 4.55%.

Bank of America has done an amazing job of advertising their current home loan department. Is very difficult to do any searches on the Internet without seeing Bank of America littered all over the page. This means that they are willing to do what it takes to get you in their business and to offer you products that you can benefit from.

With mortgage interest rates this low now is a great time to get out there and research what refinance rate you can get. If you have been thinking about refinancing in the recent past now is the time to take action and get that low refinance rate you desire. There’s a very good chance that you could save up to several hundred dollars a month on your monthly mortgage payment.

Even if you have bad credit there is still a good chance that you could benefit from refinancing. If you can save a full percentage point on your mortgage rate can you have a good chance of saving a great deal of money. If you cannot save a full percentage point that is likely going to be the case that the refinance costs and up being more than you would save on your monthly mortgage payment.

As with any personal finance decision make sure to do a great amount of research before jumping in headfirst. If you currently have a low mortgage rate and can not truly benefit from refinancing that it might be a waste of your time. That is unlikely for most borrowers as these mortgage rates are very close to 4.5% and most borrowers have not locked into an interest rate that low.
