30 Year Fixed Mortgage Rates – Lowest Interest Rates Since March

The 30 year fixed mortgage rate is currently around 4.65%. The all-time low for mortgage interest rates is 4.61% which happened back in March 2009. The all-time low for mortgage rates is a weekly average to do not be surprised if we do not reach this weekly low for several more weeks or possibly not even at all.

Even if we do not reach all-time lows now is one of the best times to lock into a low mortgage interest rate. Pres. Obama and his staff have worked very hard to keep interest rates low. The Fed funds rate is basically a zero and banks are loaning money at much cheaper rates because of this.

With mortgage interest rates well below 4.75% there is no reason that you should not at least do your research on what interest rate you to get on a home loan. If you have bad credit it is highly likely that you will not get an interest-rate nearly the slow but you still may benefit by this low interest rate environment.

Many homeowners have had the opportunity to refinance at these very low rates. If you can save a full percentage point on your home mortgage that it would greatly but move you to get a refinance completed. Please realize that there are costs involved with this refinance that’s why you need to save at least one full percentage point on your mortgage.

Many mortgage lenders are advertising rates extremely low levels. Every time you do a search or watch a business network on television you see mortgage rates advertised for well below 5%. It is up to you to get out there and find mortgage rates this low login of the low rate today.
