One Hour Bad Credit Payday Loan – Get Christmas Cash Now!

Posted on | November 22, 2009 | No Comments

A one hour bad credit payday loan is something many Americans are looking at to get extra cash to buy Christmas presents. If you need extra money to buy Christmas presents for your friends, family and children then getting a bad credit payday loan may be an option for you. Before making any financial decision make sure to do your research.

Many financial planners will tell you not to get a bad credit payday loan because it will end up costing you a lot in fees over the long run. There is a chance that you could end up paying more in fees than the actual loan is worth. Most states regulate the fees and set a maximum that payday loan companies can charge borrowers.

Each state has a different regulation but most states are between $15 and $35 for every $100 borrowed. There are some states out there that have no regulations and these payday loan companies can charge any fee they like. The fee will reset every time you get a paycheck and do not pay your entire payday loan in full.

The way this usually works is you write a post dated check for the amount of money you borrow plus the fees. The payday loan company cashes this check on the day you are to receive your next paycheck. If you call the payday line tell them not to cash the check you will have to pay double fees plus the amount of money you borrowed.

Each time you do not pay the payday loan company back and you receive a paycheck those fees will continue to add up. If you have several payday loans in many different companies there’s a chance that you could end up paying a very high amount of money in fees over a short period of time.
