No Credit Check Personal Loans – Will Payday Loan Companies Help?

Posted on | November 22, 2009 | No Comments

Getting a no credit check personal loan is something that is strongly desired before the holidays. Some individuals have even considered getting a payday loan to get the extra money to pay for Christmas gifts. These understand that there is a big difference between a payday loan in a personal loan.

Some companies offer both payday loans and personal loans but there are many companies out there that specifically work with one type of credit. The difference in a payday loan in a personal loan is the amount of money you can borrow and the time that it takes for you to pay it back.

With a personal loan is like taking out an auto loan or mortgage. You take out a sum of money and you make monthly payments with an interest rate. The interest rates can often be high on these loans because many bad credit borrowers apply for them. The other thing that makes personal loans attractive as you tomorrow a larger amount of money to pay them.

Personal loans often allow you to borrow up to $15,000 in cash while payday loans usually only allow you to borrow $1500 in cash. With this being the case many borrowers desire to get a personal loan so they can get a larger amount of money. One problem with personal loans as that is likely going to be the case that they will do a credit check on you and your interest rate will be determined by your credit score.

With a payday loan there is often no credit check and you can get the money as quickly as that day. The difference in a payday loan is that you will have to make the entire payment with your next paycheck. If you are borrowing $200 you will have to pay the entire $200 plus fees the next time you receive a paycheck.
