Wells Fargo Refinance Mortgage Rates – Attractive Interest Rates in November

Wells Fargo refinance mortgage rates are very attractive at the current time.  The 30 year fixed mortgage rate is very close to an all-time low as we are currently seeing it at 4.64%. The average weekly all-time low as 4.61%. It will take another steady move down to break this all-time low in the coming weeks.

Wells Fargo and many other mortgage lenders have done a great job of advertising these low mortgage interest rates. Any searches you do on the Internet or any television shows you watch involving finances will result in advertisements for current low mortgage interest rates.

With mortgage interest rates this low to many financial institutions want to get you in the door so they can offer other loan services to you as well. If they can get you in the door and there’s a good chance that not only will you use them as your mortgage lender but you will also use them as your personal loan lender and even a debt consolidator.

Wells Fargo offers many different kinds of mortgages but most people look at the 30 year fixed mortgage rate. At the current time we are seeing fixed mortgage rates near all-time lows. The 30 year fixed mortgage rate is at 4.64% while the 15 year fixed mortgage rate is at 4.21%.

With interest rates this low there is no reason that you should not consider refinancing today or getting that first mortgage. This opportunity may not last much longer as the federal reserve bank is going to stop buying mortgage-backed securities at the end of March 2010. This is likely because mortgage rates to increase for much of the second half of next year.
