Home Loan Modification – Bank of America Can Assist You

Many current homeowners can benefit by going through the home loan modification process. Bank of America currently holds the most home mortgages on their books and they can help you go through this process today. If you have a Bank of America or countrywide mortgage there are options that are available to you.

    I HAVE TRIED AND TRIED TO GET IN TOUCH WITH BANK OF AMERICA FOR A HOME MODIFICATION I CAN’T GET ANYWHERE AT ALL I AM JUST PUT ON HOLD I AM SO AFRAID OF LOSING MY HOME I JUST WANT A CHANCE

    I have also had a very bad experience with BAC.
    Had my mortgage remodified and it still too high. They seem to always blame the investor.
    Now that I tried to remodify again after 1 year
    of the most recent one. I have had to sent in my documents 3 times because no one knows where
    they are at this point. I have spoken to 24 different agents in a matter of two months and they all have different answers and procedures!

    About the Home Loan Modification, I currently have Bank of America holding my loan. I called them before to tried to refinance and they told me that income wise I was not elegible. Then I had to switch jobs and currently I make half of what I was making and I have applied for the loan modification since July?? I and have not heard anything yet. My loan will be variable in Sept. and I am affraid that it might get really high where I will not be able to keep up with it. I have called BOA and have not had any response since July.

    I SEND ALL MY DOCUMENT TO BANK OF AMERICAN AND THEY LOST ALL DOCUMENT. BANK OF AMERICA IS NOT ORGANIZE THEIR BUSINESS. THEY LOST MY PERSONAL DOCUMENT WHICH 1040, W2, BANK STATEMENT, PAID CHECK. IF YOU SEND ANY DOCUMENTS TO ANY BANK MAKE SURE YOU CROSS ALL SOCIAL SECURITY NUMBER AND BANK ACCOUNTS. ALSO IF YOU APPLY FOR OBAMA HOME AFFORDABLE PROGRAM MAKE SURE PLEASE SEND IN WRITING LETTER. THEY USUALLY TELL IN VERBAL AND DO NOT WANT SEND IN WRITTING. BANK OF AMERICA ARE SO HORRIBLE AND IS NOT ORGANIZE BUSINESS.

    ALSO THEY NOT FRIENDLY WITH THEIR CUSTOMERS AT ALL. I HATE THIS BANK OF AMERICA.

    All of you guys are wasting your time! I have been trying to deal with Countrywide for about 10 months already – to boot I have Chinese Drywall and they won’t help me – I found 2 buyers even with the Chinese Drywall and they refuse the offers. A house that has no value ?? they won’t work with me… I have spent about 100 hours on the phone at minumum they are useless. They are supposed to be helping people – yeah right – don’t hold your breath… jdboca at aol com

    I have been denied from BOA for a loan modification even though I just received a 20% pay cut and my interest only mortgage, taxes, insurance and hoa dues comprise of 49% of my gross monthly income…..what a joke!!
