Bank of America refinance mortgage rates are getting very close to an all-time low. The all-time low for mortgage interest rates is 4.61% for the 30 year fixed rate. This is actually a weekly low cello to get to this level mortgage interest rates would have to average below 4.61 for an entire week. Currently we are seeing the 30 year fixed mortgage rate around 4.64%.
