Bad Credit Lenders – Can I Get an Interest Rate Under 20%?

Bad credit lenders throughout America and found it very difficult to make a profit during the current recession. With this being the case they are jacking up interest rates on almost all the loans they offer. Not only are they jacking up interest rates you are starting to find a credit card interest rates are being raised as well.

Even if you have bad credit and is likely you are going to find higher interest rates on any type of loans. Borrowing money today is harder than it has ever been. If you expect to get an extremely low interest rate on any type of money you might be dreaming. Even though banks are advertising low interest rates you’re going find it difficult to obtain these if your credit score is not immaculate.

Getting an interest-rate under 20% with bad credit is something that is nearly impossible. If you want a personal loan and you expecting interest-rate in the low teens or single digits then you are going to have to do your research and have some type of connection.

If your credit score is anywhere near 650 or below your going to find many of these bad credit lenders are very strict with their lending processes. They have been burned in the past and they do not want to be burned again when it comes to subprime borrowers. With this being the case you are going to find it difficult to get a low interest rate on any type of personal loan.

This does not mean that you should not get out there and at least try. Even if there is a high interest rate on your personal loan there’s a good chance that the economy will improve and you will land on your feet financially. In the future it may not even be a concern that you had to pay this high interest rate because you will be successful financially.
