Bank of America and many other mortgage lenders have done their best to advertise low mortgage rates all over the Internet and television. It is almost impossible to turn on a financial network or make any financial news search on the Internet without saying Bank of America mortgage rates on home loans somewhere.
It will be very interesting to see how much Bank of America benefits from this. In the coming months it is highly likely that mortgage rates are going be very highly searched as they are getting close to historic lows. Many homeowners want to refinance at these low rates and Bank of America has positioned themselves well.
November is one of the slower months when it comes to mortgage rate searches and refinancing applications. Most homeowners do not want to relocate or refinance their mortgage until the new year. In January there is a good chance that we will see a heavy amount of searches for this type of service.
It is likely that you are in the same boat as most Americans. You do not want to make a financial decision until the new year. Many families do not want to put their children in an unusual situation by moving in the middle of the school year. This is why it is very common for mortgage rates to be searched heavily in January.
