Posted on | November 13, 2009 | No Comments

FHA home loan rates for November 13th, 2009 continue to remain very close to all time lows.  The conventional 30 year fixed mortgage rate is at 4.67% while the conventional 15 year fixed is at 4.23%.  The conventional 5/1 ARM is down today to 3.6%.  Many mortgage lenders are reporting FHA loans below conventional loans and there has even been talks of FHA loans around 3.5%.  Make sure to contact your lender to find out what FHA loan you qualify for.

It does not seem too far off that mortgage interest rates could hit all time lows.  The average weekly low for the conventional 30 year fixed mortgage rates is 4.61%.  It is unlikely that we are going to get close to that average this week but there have been several days in which we have seen mortgage interest rates below the 4.7% mark.

Refinancing today could save you a great amount of money.  If you have been pondering the home refinance process now might be the time to take action.  With mortgage interest rates very close to all time lows there is a good possibility that you could save thousands of dollars by going through the home refinance process.
