Bad Credit Credit Cards with 0% APR Possible Anymore?

Getting a bad credit credit card today is something that many bad credit borrowers desire to help them get to the Christmas holiday. Unfortunately the days of 0% APR are long gone. Several years ago we can all remember getting offers for 0% APR credit cards almost every day in the mail but that is no longer the case.

Credit card companies greatly struggling to make ends meet financially they’re having to increase interest rates on all of their cards even for the best borrowers. A new survey stated that almost all credit card companies are going to increase interest rates and lower limits for even prime borrowers. For subprime borrowers you are likely to see a very high interest rate on your credit card.

This is very bad news for anyone who needs financial assistance to the Christmas holiday. If you do not have the money saved to buy the Christmas presents you want to give her family and children than there are very few options when it comes to borrowing money. You can get a payday loan or personal loan but you are going to find extremely high interest rates and fees on these loans as well.

The only way you can get a lower interest rate on your credit card is to improve your credit. Unfortunately has little bit too late to start hurting your credit if you want to get a lower interest rate by Christmas. Improving your credit is not an overnight process and takes time and effort. The best thing you can do to improve your credit is to pay all your bills on time and in full.

There are credit cards out there that are willing to offer you a lower introductory APR but it will be nothing close to 0%. If you have bad credit is very likely that it will remain in the double digits. Even some of the best borrowers out our fining the double digit interest rates are becoming more and more common for all of their credit cards.
