No Credit Check Personal Loans – Will Banks Lend Me Money?

Posted on | October 30, 2009 | No Comments

No credit check personal loans are often associated with very high interest rates.  Some bad credit lenders would like to know if banks will lend them money at a reasonable rate.  Each bank and lending institution is a little bit different and unique in their lending practices but if you are seeking a no credit check loan of any type you can expect to see a rather high interest rate.

The reason that you are going to see a high interest rate is because your financial report card is either empty or very bad.  The only reason that you would get a no credit check loan is because you actually have no credit or your credit is so bad that you would rather not have the bank check your credit.  If your financial report card is blank then you are a huge risk of default.

If you have never borrowed a large sum or money before or you have defaulted on any loan you have had then you are a huge risk to any financial institution.  Due to this risk, lenders are going to assign you an interest rate that will greatly benefit them.  If one borrower defaults they will only need three or four other borrowers to actually pay their loan with interest to make the money back.

As with any business in the financial world it is all a game of numbers.  If a financial institution can offset your default with as few other customers as possible they will end up making much more money over the long run.  This is the reason that lenders were allowing so many subprime borrowers to actually borrow money years ago.  Unfortunately for them too many of these borrowers defaulted.

There are many personal loan companies and banks out there that will be willing to offer you their services.  It would be very wise to do a great deal of research before choosing which bank or company to use.  With the advancement in technology you have access to more information that you can ever imagine; make sure to use this information before getting a personal loan.
