Peter Schiff; “Ben Bernanke Can Never Get Anything Right;” Economy Worse

Posted on | September 24, 2009 | 3 Comments

Peter Schiff made a public statement after the Federal Reserve commentary yesterday.  “Ben Bernanke is keeping his record of perfection intact of never getting anything right. Once again he’s gotten it wrong,” Schiff says. “If the Fed really thought the economy was sound, why does he have it on life support? If he pulls the plug, our sick economy is going to die.”  Mr. Schiff has been right about the economy since as early as 2005 when he called for the Subprime Mortgage Crisis to bring the economy to it’s knees.

As stated by Schiff, nothing has changed in the last six months to show that the economy is getting better.  In all reality we are just digging ourselves further in debt as a country.  Schiff feels that a “currency crisis” is coming as the value of the dollar continues to fall.  China is eventually going to stop investing in our economy and that is going to burst the Treasury bubble which will be devastating for every American.

Everything Peter Schiff states makes perfect sense.  There are very few topics that I do not agree 100% with this man.  Unfortunately too many people have yet to open their eyes.  The government has spent trillions of dollars in an attempt to bail us out of this crisis.  Basic supply and demand proves that the value of the dollar is going to fall apart in the very near future.  When the Fed stops buying Treasuries and the dollar falls to worthless what happens?  Disaster!

Finally!!! Someone publicly has finally pointed the finger at our incompetent, arrogant, out-of-control, out of touch, interest-rate-raising madman. Ben Bernanke caused this recession by his reckless mismanagement of interest rates. He jacked up the federal funds rate sixteen times in a row, thereby precipitating this entire disaster. Those MILLIONS of people that were awarded adjustable rate mortgages were raped by this stinking bastard who literally forced them out of their homes and onto the street because they simply could not pay 100-200% more each month to their banks as compared to their original monthly mortgage payment. He demolished the national housing market as a result, and foreclosures are STILL increasing while this effing scumbag sits in his mansion and eats fine foods while drinking expensive wines. He is disaster of Fed chief, no better than a damn terrorist, given all the damage he has inflicted on this country. Who in the United States can claim their lives are better off for Ben Bernanke? Who except for bankruptcy lawyers, that is? All those displaced homeowners, seniors that have lost ALL their equity, companies now out of business, massive layoffs, the stock market collapse — ALL OF THAT — thanks to Ben Bernanke. If I had the authority, I’d order that dirtbag tied to a post in a public square and horsewhipped on national television for what he’s done to us.
