Obama Stimulus Check will be on Your Paycheck through Tax Cuts

obama-stimulus-check-2I am a firm believer that knowledge is power and it seems that there are quite a few Americans who have NO knowledge whatsoever of how much President Obama is saving them in taxes.  Since April 20th, “Obama Stimulus Check” has been the number 2 searched keyword for Subprime Blogger.  Does America realize there will be no Obama stimulus check?  It is coming in the form of a tax cut on your weekly or biweekly paycheck.  Since April 1st this has been the case, but there are still thousands of searches a day for “Obama Stimulus Check.”

Obviously these links are not exact but they will give you a ballpark figure of how much the Obama Stimulus Tax Cuts are saving you.  Some corporations are even documenting your tax savings on your paystub so you might just want to look on your pay stub to see how much your “Obama Stimulus Check” is.

    My wife, who is a teacher and gets paid monthly, just received her check stub and noticed that her pay was the same. Do people who get paid once a month do not benefit from these tax savings?

    I noticed it says weekly & bi-weekly in your blog.

    The stimulus was nice. An extra $40 in my paycheck. It won’t do me much good though, since I’ve been laid off. $40 twice a month for the year would have been OK, but just $40 is a waste of time.

    chad: It requires the employee the recalculate taxes. I know mine stated we should see a reduction starting mid May.

    This tax cut is less than impressive. Not only did my Federal withholding stay the same, but Arizona RAISED its withholding in reaction to Obama’s supposed cut. End result? My paycheck is now $20 LESS than it used to be. Thanks alot Mr. President!

    I received my w-2 and compared it with my pay stubs and realized the not one red cent had been taken out for federal taxes, I called my company on it and they said it has to do with the stimulus I don’t make enough Bi-weekly. Why didn’t they tell this before like right when I started?
